Best bed/mattress of our trip! My prime critique will always be the bed, but other room amenities were satisfactory. I have come to appreciate the 24-hour "bean-to-cup" coffee makers in lobby, but yearn for a dark roast. I'd happily stay here again.

Wow, best service I’ve ever experienced at a hotel. Devon was friendly and charming at check-in. There are free snacks and homemade lemonade available. If you forget any basic toiletry, they have those too. Clean rooms too!

We were in the area because my parents live in Monte Vista and they don’t like dogs (I know, how dare)… My family has learned not to stay at hotels in small towns. The services are often unpleasant. Racism is often experienced. experiences. However, this was the farthest from other hotels. Your hotel has AMAZING staff. When I say AMAZING, I truly mean it with my whole thankful heart. Kind, that genuine kindness. EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM. The front desk staff are superior to customer service. THANK YOU The elevator was broken and my fur baby is 14 years old and the stairs were hard for her. WE WOULD STAY THERE AGAIN. The rooms were modern, clean and smelt good! My expectations are high because it’s a lot of money for less than 24 hours. This hotel had better than Continental breakfast and great location.
